Booking Your House League Session via WhatsApp:
New Rules for 2025: Players participating in the current session cannot register for the next session until noon of the following day.
How Does the Booking System Work?
In the WhatsApp group called “NTC House League 2025,” the chat administrator on previous Wednesday night will announce: “The registration for the House League session on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 7 PM is now open.”
Note: The highlighted information may change throughout the season, as registration for only one session will be open at a time.
Once registration opens, players who did not attend the Wednesday night session and wish to participate in the Monday House League can begin reserving their spot on the court. Players who attended the Wednesday night session should wait until noon on Tuesday to book their spot. The same rules apply for registration for the Wednesday night session, which is exclusively open to advanced skilled players.
There are a total of 16 spots available. To reserve a spot, players should enter “1” for the first spot, “2” for the second, and continue until “16” is reached. Once 16 spots are filled, registration will close automatically. Any entries beyond 16 (such as 17, 18, etc.) will be considered invalid and will be deleted by the chat administrator, Kate.
Once registration reaches 16 players, you may enter as a "spare." This means you will be available to fill in for any last-minute cancellations. If a player with a reserved spot needs to cancel, it is their responsibility to contact a "spare" player directly to confirm their availability. No changes to the registration are necessary in this case. However, once a "spare" player has confirmed their availability, they should remove their message from the chat. If you have any questions, please reach out to Kate.
In rare cases where a player needs to withdraw and there are no available substitutes, they can do so by entering a previous number to show that there is an open spot for booking. For example, if the registration is at 14 and you need to cancel your earlier entry, you would enter “13”. If you have any questions, please direct them to Kate. Please note that last-minute cancellations are not appreciated by the other players.
