Membership
Guests
NTC will allow members to reserve/rent the ball machine in advance for their personal use, this programme is run by one of our volunteers who will keep track of bookings.
Please note:
- NTC facilities are limited to tennis related activities only.
- Please wear your shoe tag at all times when you are on the courts.
- Courts will remain locked when not in use by members. Each member will be provided an access code and must not share it with non-members. Any player unlocking courts must ensure the entry gates are fully closed and locked as they leave.
- If you are the last to leave the courts when the lights are on, please turn them off.
- All members are required to keep the courts clean and tidy. No food, tobacco or drinks (other than water or sports drinks) are allowed on the courts at any time.
- All requests to reserve courts for any club activity must be approved by the NTC Executive.
- There are various times in the schedule when club sanctioned play takes priority over casual play. Court (s) must be surrendered for any Club authorized activities such as league play, tournaments, and lessons with a NTC Executive approved pro. Please consult the NTC calendar for details.
- Please return rollers/squeegees to their designated place on the patio fence.
Membership
- Membership categories are:
- Family membership option 1 - (2 adults and children under 18 years of age);
- Family membership option 2 - (1 adult and 1 junior/student);
- Single Adult (18 years and older);
- Couple (2 adults in the same residence) Junior (under 18 at the start of the annual term);
- and Senior (60 years and older).
Guests
- Guest fees are $5.00 per visit. The guest is to be accompanied by a 2024 member of NTC. We request that after 3 visits a full membership is purchased.
- Prelabelled envelopes are in the clubhouse. Please fill in the information, add $5.00 to the envelope and slide it under the storage room door.

Please note:
- The ball machine will be stored in a locked cabinet on the clubhouse porch. The combination for the lock is required.
- The member will be given the combination to gain access to the ball machine and it must be returned to the cabinet at the end of the period. NTC will be providing tennis balls for the machine and one pickup sleeve.
- Members are financially liable for any damage sustained during their usage and agree to cover the cost of repairs / replacement for negligence or misuse.
- The terms of this program may change at any time.
- Use of the ball machine is a privilege and not a right of general membership and subject to court availabiity. We anticipate the program to start shortly after the club is official open for the 2024 season.
- The fee will remain the same as last year at $15 per hour.
- If courts are fully occupied those members who have been on the longest time must surrender their court if there are other players who have waited for at least a half hour.
- Court (s) must be surrendered for any Club authorized activities such as league play, tournaments, and lessons with a NTC Executive approved pro. Lessons will be held on court number 4.
- All players must wear appropriate tennis wear, including shirts and non-marking soled tennis footwear.
- Please, do not walk behind players while point is in progress. Allow point-in-progress to finish before retrieving balls from adjacent courts, or opening the gate.
- All players must exercise appropriate behaviour at all times on the courts or be subject to revocation of membership. If reporting any inappropriate behaviour, a written report including details and names of other players present must be emailed to the President.
- Check the NTC calendar on a regular basis for authorized scheduled activities
